My affair with a Vintage scent

Once upon a time, a wise woman once said: “A woman who doesn't wear perfume has no future.” -Coco C.

When picking out your perfume, it is important to choose one that suits you perfectly. I had an affair with mine for the past four years. Coco Mademoiselle- Chanel. The first time I laid eyes on it and smelled it, I instantly fell in love  (with the sample in my hands). I also followed the ancient myth saying that a perfume best suits you when you can no longer smell it on you. That's when you know...

Coco Mademoiselle was introduced as eau de parfum in 2001 and eau de toilette a year later. The composition is focused on two characteristic ingredients of Chanel editions – jasmine absolute and May rose absolute. Delicate flowers are enhanced and enriched with a touch of Florentine irisA floral heart is created of pure rose extract and pure jasmine extract, along with a fruity touch of litchi, while its base notes carry a combination of Indonesian patchouli, Haitian vetiver, Bourbon vanilla ad white musk. Both compositions were created by Jacques Polge, perfumer fo Chanel since 1978. Feminine edition Coco Mademoiselle was presented as pure perfume as the very essence of this edition. This fragrance is dedicated to courageous, brave and modern women who prefer luxury and elegance.

When picking out your scent, make sure it is not too soft or too strong. A perfume is a peculiar body accessory that needs to blend well within your taste and scent preference. When in doubt, you can always ask the fragrance staff. They are usually well trained to help you pick out a perfume that will suit you.

“Where should one use perfume?" a young woman asked. "Wherever one wants to be kissed.”- Coco C.
