Morning Boost.

Here is my all-time favourite homemade smoothie.
If you have no time to make yourself a good breakfast, get all the morning nutriments you need in one blend.

Tip :
Prepare 5-6 bags of fruits on the weekend and freeze it! This way you'll only have to put these goodies in a blender in the morning on the week days.

Whether it's to catch up with your girlfriend over a martini, put on your LBD (little black dress) for the man friend or hit the city in your pumps, you have to have the perfect ballet bun if you want a quick up-do.

Get started with breakfast.

Most important meal of the day = Go all out!
It is said that our "nutritious days" follow a descending order.
Make sure to have a big breakfast, medium dinner & small supper.

Here are a few things I love to include in my breakfast:
PS- these goodies are always in my fridge & kitchen cupboard.

- Fresh berries
Add them in your yogurt- blend in your smoothie- combine them with cinnamon powder
- Citrus
Cut oranges- add some lemon in your hot water or tea- half a grapefruit
- Multigrain
Add a slice of wholegrain toast on the side
- Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
Add some almonds and a teaspoon of honey
- Oatmeal
Water & Cinnamon
- Egg white
Combine boiled egg whites with your wholegrain bread
- Side Fruit
More color on your plate = healthier
- Almonds
Sprinkles these wherever you want
- Homemade jam
Add some flavour to your day
- Kashi Cereal
A cup of health.

Tip:
If you have no time to eat in the morning, prepare your breakfast before bed and grab it on the go before you head out in the morning.
Never skip breakfast! You'll just end up snacking more throughout the day.

The yogurt mask.

When doing a mask, we hunt for glow & moisture.
This is the perfect homemade mask for those who love to pamper themselves at home.
Remember, try to spoil your face with a mask twice a week.

What you'll need:

- Greek yogurt.
Believe it or not, the more fat the better! (More moisture)
- Honey
- Lemon
(Acid=glow)
- A berry of your choice
(High in antioxidants)

# 1-
Blend the yogurt with two teaspoons of honey until you obtain a creamy paste.
# 2-
Add the berry of your choice and continue blending.
# 3-
Apply on your face & neck.
Leave it on for twenty minutes.
# 4-
Do not forget to apply your moisturizer after washing off the mask with cold water.

PS- Make sure to clean your hands before procedure as you can eat the leftovers after you're done pampering yourself!

HLW.

I recently started this amazing new drink that I came across on this website. I know it sounds silly, hot water + lemon. But until you do not understand the true meaning behind this drink, it will be hard for you to get used to it and actually make it part of your daily routine.

Aside from your MIN.5 cups of water a day, try to start your morning with a cup of hot water and lemon or better yet, pre-workout with this amazing drink.
As stated on Mindbodygreen, HLW will help you digest better, boost your immune system, help you get to a clearer skin & many more facts that you can read on the link provided.
This drink is as helpful to men as it is to women.

Ice - cial

Many of us dream about flawless skin.
To reach that goal, one must watch her nutrition and regularly wash her face.
It is important to clean your face twice a day ( Am & Pm ).
Exfoliating is a weekly must. Try not to go over three washes a week.
Tip: Add salt in your exfoliator. By doing so, you will use less product and will last longer!

If you have sensitive skin and are intolerant to certain products, the best way to give your face a miniature spa treatment is with a natural mask ( Once a week ).
The following beauty tip isn't a real mask but more of a quick treatment. Due to the intolerance I have with dairy products ( skin wise ), this prevents my skin from getting pimples & regulates my blood circulation.
Believe it or not, you barely need any ingredients.

- Water
- Freezer
- Fruits
- Paper Towel

Step 1:
Make sure you have 4-5 frozen ice cubes waiting for you in the freezer.
If you feel like obtaining a more refreshing feeling at the end of this treatment, try freezing the ice cubes with berries, lemon or have other fruit of your choice.

Step 2:
Wrap the cubes in paper towel and gently massage your face with it.

Step 3: Tip
Do this for a minute or two before bed at least once a week.

This procedure will help your complexion by combatting fat cells and, believe it or not, ease wrinkles.

With this said, aim for a glowing look!

Now..

Prep, Do   get yourself a flawless beauty sleep!
